Frederator

After moving to NYC in 2012, I immediately started applying to every production company I could find based here. After a short stint at a reality TV company, I found Frederator.

I knew of Channel Frederator from being an avid YouTube viewer since 2007 and I was obviously aware of the hit animated series that came from Frederator Studios.

Frederator had just signed a deal with YouTube to launch a new original animated channel, named Cartoon Hangover, as a part of their YouTube Originals program. Shortly after Fred sold Next New Networks to YouTube, which they went on to rebrand as YouTube Next Lab and continued to produce content on the channels launched such as Vsauce.

During my time at Frederator, I helped launch and manage the #1 animation channel on YouTube, develop and run brands in new verticals, helped found, shape and manage the first and largest animation MCN, shepherd projects with partners within the TV, film and gaming spaces, be a part of the team that launched the fastest growing anime brand in 2018 and many, many more amazing projects.

I worked for Fred Seibert for 7 years and at that time I was fortunate to be working alongside some of the most talented people I’ve ever worked with.
