In 2019, Ubisoft celebrated the 20th anniversary of their hit series, Trials. Based on the sport of motorcycle trials, Trials is a racing game series developed by Ubisoft RedLynx, based in Helsinki, Finland.

Ubisoft invited Frederator’s The Leaderboard team to visit the RedLynx studio in Helsinki to learn about the team behind the franchise, the history of Trials and explore the future of the series.

To promote the latest entry in the series, Trials Rising, we made a short documentary piece with our time in Finland highlighting the series as well as the creator & RedLynx Creative Director, Antti Ilvessuo.
